An American man is cooling his heels at the Allegheny County Jail after choking another man for singing Christmas songs, last week Monday.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim was driving 25-year-old Clayton Lucas when he suddenly reached around his seat and began choking him.
The driver added that he was singing Christmas songs, so Lucas tried to choke him to make him stop singing. .
The suspect restricted the air and blood from around his neck to the point he was about to pass out.
