    Comedian MC Lively 2021 Biography: Education, Career And Controversies

    Barrister Sani Michael Amanesi popularly known as MC Lively (born August 14), is a Nigerian Solicitor and advocate Lawyer, Actor, Entertainer and a Comedian.

    MC Lively hit the limelight with “Agidi,” a comedy skit mainly about the scarcity of fuel in Nigeria.

    MC Lively is often addressed as Barrister Mike in his comedy skits.

    Educational Background

    The Edo State indigene lawyer turned comedian MC Lively was born into the family of seven in Ile-Ife, Osun State.

    He had his primary school education in Ideal Nursery and Primary School, then went ahead to run his high school in Moremi High School. He became a well tutored Solicitor and Advocate of Nigeria in Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, also known as “Great Ife,” Ile-Ife, Osun State.

    MC Lively, also known as Barrister Sani Michael Amanesi was called to Nigerian Bar in the year 2016.

    MC Lively who loved Mass Communication but ended up studying law gave the reason as being that, OAU didn’t offer the course, so he went for law.

    Comedy Career

    MC Lively started off his comedy career by falling love with it, he often watch Night Of Thousand Laughs CDs as a kid while growing up. He kickstarted the journey by being a full time MC in 2013, then added Comedy to it in 2015.

    MC Lively rise to stardom came while being inspired by a preacher talking about the situation of things in Nigeria in Church, while also giving it a thought, he scripted a comedy skit “Agidi” meaning “stubborn” which he asked his brother to record immediately he reach home that same day.

    After that particular skit catapulted him to fame, he became a full time professional stand up comedian.

    MC Lively uses Instagram as the major platform for promoting his comedy skits.

    Most of his comedy skits are majorly inspired by situations of things in Nigeria and he often dresses and act like a lawyer searching for job.

    On January 18, 2020, he received the Royal African Youth Leadership Award conferred by Oni Of Ife.

    Controversies

    MC Lively has been dragged to the mud on social media after he was accused of impregnating a 21-year-old girl and forcing her to about the pregnancy.

    Instagram blogger, Gist Lover alleged that MC Lively took the girl to see a specialist to abort the baby and he was accompanied by his friend.

    Gist Lover added that MC Lively wanted out of their relationship after the lady aborted their child.
