Nollywood actor Emeka Ike has called for the release of his colleague Chiwetalu Agu. Agu is being detained by the Nigerian Army for allegedly soliciting support for the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
In an Instagram post, @emekaikeofficial called for the release of “victims of conscience” including embattled IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu and Yoruba Nation agitator Sunday Igboho.
“Release all victims of cosnscience immediately,” the actor demanded.
“Your belief is you. Your ideology is you. Tyranny never pays. Dialogue is golden. Release Sunday Igboho, release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu immediately.
“The world is watching and history never forgets,” he said.
