Adam Noah Levine simply known as Adam Levine, is an American singer, record producer and actor born on March 18, 1979. He became known as the lead vocalist of the pop rock band Maroon 5.
Adam Levine was born on March 18, 1979 in Los Angeles, California to Fredric Levine, the founder of retail chain M. Fedric and Patsy Levine, an admissions counselor. His parents divorced when he was barely seven years of age.
He has a brother named Michael, two half siblings – Sam and Liza Levine and a step-sister, Julia Bartof Milne.
Career
Levine started his music career in 1994 as the lead vocalist of the band Kara’s flowers. The band members split up in 1997 after the failure of their only album, The Fourth World.
The band was reformed in 2001 as Maroon 5 replacing Levine as guitarist while releasing their first album, Songs About Jane. They also went ahead to release five more albums.
Levine had served as the coach on NBC’s reality talent show, The Voice from 2011 to 2019.
He made his acting debut as Leo Morrisson in the second season of the television series, American Horror Story. He has starred in other films such as; Fun Mom Dinner, Begin Again, Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, The Clapper and so on.
Levine owns a record label, 222 Records, a production company, 222 productions and a fragrance line.
