Pretty Nollywood actress, Shirley Igwe, has grown so fast in the buzzing Nollywood industry that has continued to breed new stars.
In a chat with Pearls News, the former Delta soap model cleared the air on her marital status and also revealed what she expects from the man who would want her precious heart.
Hear her: “Marriage is not a bad thing, it’s something I encourage but please. I’m not married yet. I have never been married. In fact, I never been engaged. I’m still very single. There has been news circuiting that I’m married, I heard it and Ignored but I’m still hearing it “I thought you’re married”, “I heard you are married”, them talk say you don marry”, you know all sorts of talk about been hooked, so, I have to clear the air. That could be them wishing I was but then I am not, not just yet. For now I am not in any relationship. About been selective, I’m not really sure about that. I just want a man that would worship God with me. You must know how to make money or have made money and know how to multiply money. Then be a good person and be good looking.”
The pretty damsel further opened up on how she has been coping with life since the COVID-19 pandemic.
“At first it seemed like an unexpected holidays
But as days went by I began to dig deep into life as it is, I searched for the purpose of this whole thing and found out that, this was intentional, for everyone to know that no one has the power over life except God. I began to use the time lockdown permitted to restructure my life cause this could be the time God is giving us to live better and know him more. I’ll say that I coped really fine. God is forever faithful. I also pray that God gives our leaders the wisdom to do better.
However, I miss going on set to work because work is like play to me sometimes. I also missed going out to play, going to church and also going to the market without any scare of virus. And for now, well, I’m putting myself together and getting ready for work again,” she asserted.
