Suspected internet fraudster, Ismaila Mustapha, alias Mompha, has arrived the Federal High Court in Lagos for his scheduled arraignment by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
The EFCC charged him with 14 counts bordering on cyber fraud and money laundering.
