Controversial BBNaija star, Phyna has revealed that her family has not reached out to her since she publicly declared that she’s disowning them by dropping her surname over how they’ve been treating her.
During an interview with TVC News, she stated that her family has never been there for her and she had to do everything she wanted by herself and now she has become established, she would let anyone to act as a nuisance in her life.
In her words;
“It’s me finally accepting how they’ve been treating me because they’ve never seen me as their own. So it’s me moving out of it cause I was tired of begging and wanting anybody to be in my life, I wouldn’t call it disown but it’s finally me agreeing to what they always wanted.
When asked if she’s still with the family, she replied;
“For me, I’ve always been by myself from childhood so am not even bothered because see how I’ve worked out for myself.For me to be in this stage right now, am not sure I need anybody to stress me out cause if am living by myself at this time, then am doing the right thing for myself because only me knows what I’ve been going through.They’ve not reached out to me because that’s how it has always been so I think we are good now”.
