Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu has rescinded his earlier decision to reopen churches and mosques in the state.
The governor, who spoke during an update on the Coronavirus pandemic, said the decision was as a result of the rising cases of the COVID 19 in the state.
It would be recalled that the State Governor had earlier stated that religious activities would be opened in the state from Friday June 19 (Muslims) and Sunday June 21 (Christians).
