in USA, as General Counsel with Texaco Upstream and Downstream in Nigeria and
as Executive Vice Chairman of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited and General
Counsel for ExxonMobil Nigeria affiliate Upstream and Downstream Companies in
Nigeria.
