Nigerian music diva, Tiwa Savage, has revealed that she has never cheated in a relationship and has also never left any partner for cheating. The Afrobeats star made this known during a recent candid interview on the “Spill With Phyna” show.
When asked if she had ever cheated in any relationship, Tiwa said, “No, never. And I have never left someone for cheating.”
She explained that even in her past relationship, she didn’t end things because of infidelity. “I didn’t even leave him; he left me,” she said, adding that she has only walked away from relationships for other reasons such as stealing, drug abuse, or similar issues.
When asked if anyone had ever stolen from her, Tiwa responded, “Well, indirectly, yes.”
Speaking further, the “Somebody’s Son” crooner stated that cheating has never been a deal breaker for her, saying, “Even when they cheat, they’ll come back and apologize. That’s not a deal breaker for me.”
Tiwa concluded by admitting that her calm personality often makes it easy for her partners to get away with cheating. “They get away with it because of my personality. I can’t come online to rant, and when I see them, I can’t react,” she said.
The award-winning singer, known for her global hits and powerful stage presence, continues to be one of Nigeria’s most respected female artists.
