Some members of the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC), have this morning, the 31st of January 2020, taken to Twitter to confirm they have received their improved N33,000 monthly allowance from the Scheme, as promised by the Federal Government.
The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Shuaibu Ibrahim on Wednesday, while on a working visit to the NYSC secretariat in Bauchi, confirmed that approved amount which rose from N19800, was added to the 2020 budget and was going to be paid to Corps Members from January.
Some corp members who were the first to receive their new allowance via bank alerts have now taken to Twitter to share the celebratory news.
