    COVID-19 cases rise in Lagos as residents prepare for another lockdown

    The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has on Friday, May 15 reported that the nation has confirmed 288 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), pandemic outbreak in the country as Lagos gets the highest number.

    While the total number of cases in Nigeria is 5445.
    As  1320 COVID19 patients in Nigeria has been discharged and 171 recorded.
    With this new results, some Lagos residents are calling for the second phase of the lockdown to curtail the rapid spread of the virus.
