David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, who is a well known Nigerian-American singer has set a new record by becoming the first African singer to reach 20 million Instagram followers.
Davido’s hit song “Fall” recently became the first Afrobeats video to reach 200 million views on YouTube. The song also became the first afrobeat video to reach 100 million and 150 million views on the video-streaming platform.
With this feat, Davido beats his contemporaries, Wizkid and Burna Boy who have 12.1 Millions and 6.6Millions followers respectively.
