The shock is yet to settle on the faces of Federal Polytechnic Students Oko, after they saw an innocent new born baby dangling dead on the school’s barbwire.
According to what Pearlsnews gathered, the abominable act was committed by two students of the above mentioned tertiary institution.
“The baby’s father (student of public administration who is in HND1) pleaded with his friend to let his girlfriend deliver in his room at Munacho hostel Orumba North L.G.A. Sadly, after the delivery they threw the baby from storey building. They had aimed the child landing in the next compound, but as we have it she landed on a barb wire.
Students were awoken by the cry of the baby. To their greatest surprise, it was a new born baby girl with her placenta still attached, hanging on the barbed wire of the fence separating their compound from the empty plot of land beside it.
Students in the lodge heard the child’s cry and rushed out to save her life by taking her to Chukwunonso hospital opposite the school main gate,” an eye witness tells Pearls News.
It was also confirmed from other sources that the baby didn’t make it alive. As she died of pains, loss of blood and infection.
