Music boss, Don Jazzy and Falz has reacted to the news of protesters being teargassed and arrested at Lekki tollgate.
Today is the 20th of October, a date set aside for the remembrance of people who lost their lives in the fight against police brutality in 2020.
Nigerian youths converged at the Lekki Tollgate for the #EndSarmemorial car procession. Shortly, reports about policemen spraying tear gas in the faces of the youths came in.
Don Jazzy reacted to this by sharing a video of a police officer attacking a youth and Spraying tear gas directly into his eyes.
“Tomorrow they will tell us no policeman sprayed pepper spray directly into a man’s eyes“, He captioned the video.
Falz also made a video addressing the arrest of some protesters. He reassured Nigerians that he is doing everything possible to ensure the timely release of everyone arrested.
