BBNaija2019 star, Khafi Ekpata has revealed she had an intense feeling of resentment for her husband, Gedoni Ekpata after they welcomed their son.
Khafi, who married fellow housemate, Gedoni, after they met on the show, revealed that she and her husband were apart for most of the pregnancy and also during delivery.
Speaking on postpartum, the 31-year-old mother of one in a video with her husband seated beside her with their baby said she felt deeply hurt seeing her husband party with friends while she stayed at home alone with their newborn baby and dealt with all the post child delivery issues.
She said: “I can’t lie, the first week, or even maybe more than that, I actually had a strong resentment to you. I’m not just gonna lie.
“I was so hurt that I was doing this all by myself. And I think I was seeing you, going out having drinks with friends.
“And I was just thinking, “Gosh! I have just given birth and you were out there having drinks with people.” It just felt very unfair. I just felt very upset.”
She explained that this made her feel resentful initially.
