Sharon Adeleke shared a personal reflection from a conversation with her therapist, revealing how she once struggled with self-doubt despite having access to opportunities and funding.
According to her, she questioned why success had not come as easily for her as it had for others who started businesses with as little as a few thousand dollars and grew them into million-dollar companies, even though she began with far more resources.
She explained that her therapist reminded her that “you don’t know what you don’t know,” noting that she wasn’t aware of many factors, life circumstances, and lessons she still needed to learn at the time.
Sharon concluded by emphasizing that “it doesn’t just take money for you to be successful,” highlighting that growth, knowledge, timing, and experience also play critical roles.
