Popular Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor, aka Rema, has refuted rumors of him havig a fight with senior colleague, Davido.
In 2020, Rema went venting online after reports surfaced that he was slapped by Davido at the BBNaija 2020 finale, which was won by reality TV star Laycon. According to multiple reports, Rema’s bouncers ignored Laycon and housemates who wanted to take selfies with him, leading to an argument with Davido and the alleged incident.
However, the ‘Calm down’ crooner who was a guest on New York channel, Hot97. He made it clear that he never had a fight with Davido or any artists in the industry.
In his words, his goal is to focus on making good music, rather than causing trouble or engaging in feuds. Rema also praised the unity among Afrobeats artists, noting that despite individual egos and achievements, they have managed to work together successfully for a long time.
