Julianne Hough and husband Brooks Laich are officially calling it quits after only 3 years of marriage.
According to a joint statement issued by the couple, they have made the decision to separate, and it doesn’t appear there is any chance at reconciliation in the future.
“We have lovingly and carefully taken the time we have needed to arrive at our decision to separate,” the couple said in their statement.
The decision comes as the couple has been quarantining during the Coronavirus outbreak in different states.
She is in California, and he is in Idaho.
The couple’s statement continued, “We share an abundance of love and respect for one another and will continue to lead with our hearts from that place. We kindly request your compassion and respect for our privacy moving forward.”
Apparently, the time apart during the quarantine, and the realization they are totally fine while being apart for so long, was the nail in the coffin.
