Kim Kardashian is becoming a lawyer!

In the latest issue of Vogue, Kim Kardashian spills a little tea about her next steps and it looks like becoming a lawyer is in the cards for the reality television star!

It’s no secret Kim has played an active role in prison reform and has gotten a number of people released from prison.

One being a woman by the name of Alice Johnson, who was was serving a life sentence for the first time for a non-violent drug offense. After Kim met with President Trump to discuss her agenda, Alice was granted clemency and released from prison.
According to @Vogue, Kim has been studying to become a lawyer very quietly for the last year. Though Kim hasn’t specifically gone to law school, she is doing a four-year apprenticeship at a law firm in San Francisco. For those who don’t know California is one of the few states that allows someone to become a lawyer and take the bar exam without going to law school.
Kim’s goal is to take the bar by 2022. Though the new career path is a shocking revelation, it was a decision she had to really consider, she said: “I had to think long and hard about this.” She also added: “The White House called me to advise to help change the system of clemency, and I’m sitting in the Roosevelt Room with, like, a judge who had sentenced criminals and a lot of really powerful people and I just sat there, like, Oh, sh*t. I need to know more,”
Now, for those of you who would think this decision is just a “project” for Kim, she offers one last sentiment: “I love to be put in a situation where I can have a conversation with someone who might not be inclined to think much of me, because I can guarantee they will have a different opinion and understand what’s important to me after they’ve met me.”
Kim Kardashian-West Esq. does have a ring to it Roommates! Cheers to Kim and her new career path!
