Popular singer, Tiwa Savage has visited students who were victims of the collapse of a school building in the Ita Faaji area of Lagos Island.
The ‘Lova Lova’ hit maker via a tweet on Friday evening made known she had visited the Lagos Island General hospital, were some of the survivors of the unfortunate incident were receiving treatment.

Obviously the terrible incident threw the nation into mourning after news with 12 young school children having their lives cut short in the collapse hit the internet.
Tiwa Savage in her tweet hailed the hospital staff for a job well done as she revealed the children she saw weren’t in critical conditions but they were getting better.
SHE WROTE: “The one in Lagos island, it was heartbreaking but have to give it to the staff there. They are really working hard and the children I saw were not in critical condition. All were getting better.”
