Actress, Beverly Naya, was recently praised for her performance in a new movie, The Eve.

She acted in the movie as Yewande alongside Adeolu Adefarasin, who is a nephew to popular pastor, Paul Adefarasin.

The two acted as a couple about to get married but things went wrong after the groom and some of his friends went on a bachelor’s eve trip, revealing some secrets they would rather have kept hidden.

Speaking on her character, Naya said, “My character, Yewande, is a depiction of thousands of Nigerian women and her struggles and motivations are so real and relatable.

I think everyone knows a Yewande and that’s one of the things that propelled me to give my best to the interpretation of the character.”

Sharing some of his experiences on the set of the movie, Adefarasin said, “It is an exciting movie with a brilliant cast.

I enjoyed every moment of making the film. The movie explores many themes and issues that would resonate with many Nigerians.”
