Modern Slave Trade: Wizkid, Davido, others speak out against this act

Since the news broke of the slave trade business going on in Libya, a number of celebrities have come out to speak against it.
Among those who have come out to speak against it are Davido, Wizkid, Banky W, Phyno, DJ Cuppy and Georginia Onuoha .
These celebrities have through their social media pages spoke against the slave trade in Libya and want those in charge to help rescue and end the brisk business.
In one of the messages, Banky W said he would like to work with any non governmental organisation or agency that assist in helping those immigrants who have found themselves as victims in this slave trade.
“I’d like to be able to do more than just post on social media, and I’m sure many others would too.
The issue is finding a verifiable charity cause that specifically addresses this issue, so we can donate money to help out.
Please, if anyone knows a credible charity focused on this, can you put it in the comments section?
I will update this post once we find a good one, so that we can all chip in to helping bring this insanity to an end. This should not still be happening in 2017 Africa. We are better than this. Or at least we should be.
    #saynotoslaveryinlibya » #africa » #slavery
    » #libya » ,” he wrote.
eLDee has also commented about the slave trade crisis in Libya » but he took it from another angle. In a series of tweets, he spoke about Nigerians who have house-helps.
According to him, these Nigerians are the same as slave masters in Libya.
It would be also recalled that American music star,
Chris Brown complained about the world’s silence » in the face of such horrors, remembering the outcry that engulfed social media after bombings in the UK and US.
