According to him, he contributed ₦250 million to the purchase—the smallest amount among the four donors. He further explained that the decision was made out of deep respect and appreciation.
He emphasized that their intention was never to publicize the gesture, choosing to keep it off social media to avoid unnecessary scrutiny.
