Actress Chidi Ihedize Okafor, who is known for her crying roles in movies has said the only thing that can make her to cry again is when she is paid good money.
She said:
“I will not cry in movies again, unless I am paid good money”.
Chidi, whose popularity came after she featured in the Igbo language movie, Igbudu, with the comic actor, Nkem Owoh.
After the movie, She rode on the success of ‘Igbudu’ to other lead roles, including featuring in Authority, which she repeatedly admitted launched her into reckoning. She also starred in Oh My Baby; My In-law; Apology; Billionaires Club.
She broke into fame after she starred in the Igbo language movie, and also her unique roles of house help, orphan, oppressed person.
