For controversial Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, a large percentage of religion is “scam.”
The Anambra State born movie star claimed religion was created centuries ago by men with the intention of dividing and ruling over others.
The thespian made the assertion via his Instagram story recently where he wrote: “A large percentage of Religion na scam. Cooked up centuries ago by men, to control, divide and rule others. God teaches us to love one another. While religion is making us hate each other.”
Yul Edochie early 2023 announced that he has officially taken a second wife, Judy Austin and they both welcomed a son together. This led to his marital crisis with his first wife, May Edochie, the mother of his three children.
May and Yul Edochie has since parted ways.
