American rapper, Rick Ross is accusing his baby mama of keeping his kids away from him, as he continues to fight her in what is turning out to be an all-out custody war.
The Maybach Music CEO has now countersued the mother of his children after she claimed the rapper had thrown her and the children out of his Florida mansion.
Ross, who filed the documents under his real name William L. Roberts, is asking for joint custody of the children and says his baby mama is now exhibiting “erratic behaviors.”
In legal documents, obtained by Bossip.com, Ross is claiming Camille is keeping his kids away from him while she drags out this custody case. He also claims she is currently in possession of a company vehicle that she is not returning.
“Defendant asserts that he will not be able to exercise parenting time with the minor children without the intervention of the court to ensure that parenting time is granted,” Ross said in the documents.
As for the ride, he says she has a Mercedes GL SUV that belongs to Maybach Music that she will not return.
