Al Nassr star Sadio Mane has welcomed his first child with his 19-year-old wife, Aisha Tamba.
The 32-year-old Senegalese forward married Tamba last year in Keur Massar, a district in Senegal’s capital, Dakar. Their wedding, which was kept private until the last moment, took place just six days before the start of the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations.
Tamba was still a student when she met Mane, and reports suggest he had promised to marry her early in their relationship.
Now, 14 months after their wedding, the couple has celebrated the arrival of their first child. The news was confirmed by Al Nassr following their 3-1 victory over Al-Kholood.
