Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Thursday signed the first Executive Order to curb flooding, traffic gridlock and refuse management in the state.

Sanwo-Olu signed the Order at the State House, Ikeja. The Order is on refuse management, traffic management and pubic works.
