Nigerian Singer Adekunle Gold has thrown his weight behind actress Dorcas Shola Fapson on her alleged near-rape encounter.
This was after Shola took to her Snap to accuse a Taxify driver, Henry Nnaemeka of kidnap and attempted rape, an allegation the driver has since denied.
Since the Taxify driver’s denial, several social media users have called the actress out for purportedly making up the story.
In reaction to this, Gold took to Twitter on Friday to lament on how judgemental and inhumane some social media users have become.
He wrote:
“When someone narrates their ordeal these days, they get bashed and judged and you wonder why people don’t speak up when they are in trouble?
I am reading comments on a blog; people abusing Dorcas for making the story up, other animals saying she’s proly dressed indecently. SMH.
Meanwhile, the e-taxi company have said that
security officials are currently investigating the case.
