Daniel Hernandez popularly known as ‘Tekashi 6ix9ine’ or ‘6ix9ine’ is facing some bad moments in his career. The 22 year old rapper is accused of carrying out armed robberies and organising shootings of rivals as part of the Nine Trey Bloods gang.
However, his lawyer Lance Lazzaro has clearly stated that his clients is not a gang member, just that his music needs him to paint himself as one in order to sell. .
According to a statement cited by Rolling Stone, he said: “Daniel Hernandez is completely innocent of all charges being brought against him. An entertainer who portrays a ‘gangster image’ to promote his music does not make him a member of (a criminal) enterprise”.
