An ex-Big Brother Naija Housemate, Eriata Ese has been accused of using bleaching cream and has been facing lots of criticism since she posted her before and after photos on her verified Instagram page.
The social media Influencer captioned her post, “Thank God for glow up.”
One of her followers, Adaora Badmus wrote: Abi Thank God for bleaching cream, so you were actually a black skinned girl.”
Another follower, Ojb motors wrote: Glow abi bleaching cream?
In response to all the attacks she was getting, Ese Eriata cleared the air, “Y’all saying bleaching cream in the comment section sound so stupid. You are comparing someone who used to walk home under the hot sun every day 11 years ago, to someone who is almost never under the sun. Dey play… just dey play..” she wrote.
The Reality Show star had earlier bemoaned some of the challenges of being a woman.
Ese Eriata who is also a model and an actress says she is really tired of being hardworking and on that note, wouldn’t blame those who find themselves dating or marrying for the money.
“I’m really tired of being hardworking. I’ve always thought that the more money you have, the more relaxed you should be. But I think that’s lie. Because the more you earn, the more you want. At this point, I can’t even blame those who marry or date for financial support,” she lamented via her Instagram stories.
Ms Ese had in a previous post hinted that although she has never been married but she’s obviously geared up not to let her parents decide who she is going to eventually end up with.
Eriata Ese via her verified Instagram platform also warns that anybody who ends up allowing his or her parents chose their spouses might end up regretting that decision.
Eriata Ese wrote: “The biggest mistakes you can ever make in your life is letting your parents decide who you should end up with.
How parents always think they know it all because they feel they have there makes me wonder if they realize they are using their clock to set our time. All they want is the best for you and what will favour the family. But they neglect the part where they have to be sure if they what they want for you is what you want for yourself.”
“I hear things like “I am not into my marriage” and when you ask why, you hear things like ‘my parents wanted it”
Do you know the regret that comes with ending up with someone you don’t want to be with.”
“Then they console you with ‘don’t worry love will come along the line” shey na from Arik Air or Emirates airlines e go pass come?
That nonsense has to be stop honestly. The most irritating part is when they are specific on the tribe not to bring home like say e no get the tribe wey no dey dey do evil things.”
“What has tribe got to do with someone’s personality? When will our patents know that tribe doesn’t determine a good person? Even your very own town person fit still run you street.”
