A Nigerian Billionaire has been spotted spraying millions of Naira notes at the opening of his friend’s new hotel in Abuja.

In the video which is currently making rounds online, the Igbo Oil and Gas mogul was seen with more than 10 bundles of N200 crisp Naira notes as he splashed it on the social function.

It is evident that the businessman based in Manila, Philippoines where he owns a beauty spa had come to the grand opening of Escoba Smith Hotel to make a statement and he sure did get the kind of attention that he wanted.
