Less than four months after he was sentenced for attacking a police officer, singer Trey Songz has been dragged to court again, this time by a female fan who accused him of attacking her at a strip club.
According to TMZ , the fan paid to meet the singer in the VIP area of a strip club called Vanity Grand Cabaret, but this went awry because the singer allegedly became rude to all the patrons that night. And when the female fan tried to take a photo of him, he lunged at her, smacking her phone right into her face, in turn smashing her glasses.
Now the alleged victim is suing both Trey Songz and the venue for the attack saying that she included the venue owners because they knew Songz had a tendency “toward violence and negative interaction with the public.”
In addition, she is demanding up to $50,000 in compensation.
Only in August the Grammy Nominated singer was sentenced to 18 months probation after pleading guilty to 2 misdemeanours after attacking a police officer during a stage craze last December.
Now, he is being dragged to the court house again, and we really can’t wait to see how this particular episode plays out.
