American rapper Sean Love Combs, better known as Diddy, has been charged with racketeering conspiracy and s+x trafficking in a federal indictment unsealed on Tuesday, September 17, in New York.
According to the federal indictment, prosecutors allege Combs created and ran a “crim+nal enterprise” through his business empire that engaged in crimes including s3x trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.
He was arrested on Monday night at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan and taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigations.
