A frantic 911 call immediately after the fatal shooting of Los Angeles rapper Nipsey Hussle has been released.
During the call, a woman screams into her phone, pleading with a dispatcher to send an ambulance to the corner of Crenshaw Boulevard and Slauson Avenue, where Hussle was gunned down on March 31.
“We need an ambulance ASAP. Somebody’s on the ground!” the woman yells into the phone, according to the recording.
Nipsey Hussle was slain in front of a clothing store he owns in a shopping center near the intersection of the two streets in the Hyde Park section of the city. Eric Holder, the suspected gunman, was arrested two days after the shooting and charged with murder.
