    Day Women Connect with Tina educated women on successes at home and work (photos)

    Executive Director Business Development at Nigeria Inter Bank Settlement System (NIBSS), Mrs Christabel Onyejekwe has called women on how to safeguard their marriages by developing plan B in their various careers and create saving habit to secure the future of their homes.
    She made this remarks while addressing married women during the season 2 of Women Connect with Tina at Ago Palace, Lagos recently.

    She said, “Don’t temper with your savings, no matter how tough the economy seem to be at the moment. Because once your take out N10 out of N1m, you might end up squandering the rest of it without much achievement. Its high time women learned how to cut short their expenses. Save more, spend less, for better tomorrow. To become a billionaire tomorrow begins with N1 savings today.
    In the same vein, the organizer of the women connect, ace NTA presenter, Mrs Tina Okafor added that Women Connect berthed out of her passion to see women around the world, love and support each other in all ramifications.

    She said: ‘‘This programme is an opportunity for some women out there to meet with other women who are top executives in their fields and hear their success stories. ”
    Okafor continued, “In most cases some women would make it in their respective fields but their homes are not stable. That is exactly where we are trying to bridge the gap and strike a balance between successes at home and work.’
    ‘It’s all about putting God at the helm of affairs, working hard and building a good home.
    All the speakers ( Christabel Onyejekwe, Jacky Okafor, and Barrister Chinenye Ndubuisi) of the event are all grounded in the Lord and also well experienced in marriage, adding to that, they are successful in their ventures.’’
    Women Connect is a bi-annual event which brings together women of all fields under one umbrella.
