Award-winning singer, Davido has called out Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), for failing to issue certificate to newly elected governor of Osun state Ademola Adeleke, 48hrs after he was declared winner as approved by law.
The singer urge the body to issue the certificate as stipulated by the law while issuing a stern warning.
