Dbanj alleged accuser, Ms Seyitan Temidayo Babatayo has through her Counsel written the office of the Inspector general of Police asking them to withdraw Investigations on the rape petition she filed against the singer.
The Police have also closed the case due to lack of evidence.
In a letter addressed to the Inspector-General of Police, her lawyer Olamide Omileye, said she was withdrawing from the case for personal reasons.
