Nigerian super star, Davido has stormed Osun State to launch his campaign for his uncle Ademola Adeleke, the PDP candidate for the Governorship election this coming Saturday.
In a video which went viral a few hours ago, Davido was seen amongst the crowd who hailed him as he drummed support for his uncle.
Adeleke was declared the winner of the primary held at Osogbo City Stadium in March, under the supervision of Deputy Governor of Bayelsa, Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo.
His nephew Davido who has been a proud supporter of the politician took to his Instagram story on Tuesday to congratulate him, he wrote;
“Imole congrats. Congrats Osun,”
In another post, Davido wrote: “UPPERCUT @ademolaadeleke_01.”
To help the party win the state’s governorship race on July 16, Ewhrudjakpo asked all other candidates to work with the victor.
Adeleke said that the primary election had “no victor, no vanquished” in his acceptance speech.
