So Nicki Minaj ordered a 4 wheeler made out of cake for Meek Mill’s birthday but rather, she got a top hat with a tiny 4 wheeler on top of it. The rapper took to her Instagram page to share the photo of the cake and even though she didn’t get what she orders, she says she still loves them (the bakers of the cake)…see cake after the cut
