Oliseh handled was part of the Nigerian team that won Gold at the Men Football event of the Olympics in 1996.
Ex-Eagles captain and coach Sunday Oliseh is over the moon after his naming as the Best Coach for the first half of the Dutch Jupiler League.
The Fortuna Sittard coach got the award after leading the team to 3rd position in second rung of the Netherlands’ second league.
“Received the Award for Best Coach in the Dutch Jupiler League 1st period, Holland Before our 4-0 win vs fc Oss,” the former Super Eagles handler wrote on his Twitter handle.
“Extremely Thankful to God, players, club, fans fellow coaches and captains who voted….”
His side have won six games, drawn two and lost three in 11 matches. They have a plus 12 goal difference.
