Kenya singer, Victoria Kimani in a chat with Beat FM made it clear that her Kizz Daniel’s Fvckyouchallenge was intially for fun even though it had an iota of truth in it.
Kimani in her verse, called out rapper Ycee for lifting one of her lines and failing to pay for it. Equally, she slut-shamed a particular ’45-Year-Old African Bad Girl Grandma’, said to be sleeping around and blocking her means of making money. .
After Kimani dropped the video, there was an immediate reaction as the fans easily linked the supposed ‘Grandma’ to be Tiwa Savage.
Speaking on a phone call interview with Beat FM, Kimani confirmed that she indeed was referring to Tiwa Savage in her #fvckyouchallenge.
Although, she apologised for slut-shaming the Mavin Queen, but she insisted her claims of Tiwa blocking other Female Artistes’ cheques are true.
According to Kimani, Tiwa Savage is fond of telling promoters she “can’t perform at a particular show if some African Female artistes are scheduled to perform at the same show”
Also, Kimani claimed she isn’t the only victim of the oppression, stating that there are several female artistes affected but are afraid of speaking out, hence, she took the #fvckyouchallenge as a medium to do so.
Kimani also alleged that she has been getting threats on her social media page since she dropped her #fvckyouchallenge, most of which are from fake accounts.
